How an order is made
Four stages, checked throughout
02
Production
1–3 business days
Every item is custom, often involving more than a dozen associates to bring it to life. Production begins only after you approve the finished project.
03
Quality assurance
Same day
Trained associates inspect binding, colour, trim and finish before an order leaves the plant.
04
Shipping
Quoted at checkout
Every project is carefully packaged before it ships. Once your label is created, an automated email lets you know the moment it starts its journey.
Questions

A tracking email follows the confirmation. Tracking numbers typically activate 24–48 hours after the parcel leaves the production facility.
The products, quantity, destination and currently available carrier services all affect the final shipping price. Motif Studio requests the live options for your order so the amount and delivery estimate are current.
Motif delivers to 160+ countries. The rate tables above cover our most common destinations — the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia — and Motif Studio shows the exact shipping options and prices for your address before checkout.
